We thoroughly review all prospective tenants using industry-lead background checks, including credit, landlord and employer checks, as well as online screenings.
We do the hard work for you by proactively communicating and advising you on the latest changes in legislation. Rest easy knowing your property is compliant and looked after.
Be confident your property is kept in good condition. We inspect your property 1 month after the tenancy begins, then every 3 months following, reporting back to you with photos and extensive reports.
We're available always for owner and tenant enquiries, and keep you both updated. The Owner Login also allows you to easily access all reports regarding tenancies, rent payments and inspections anytime.
