Kerrie joined the Quinovic team in 2012 and has spent the last 10 years proving her ability in negotiating positive outcomes as well as showing persistence in resolving some of the more challenging property management issues, first as a Property Manager, then Operations Manager, and now General Manager. Kerrie oversees operations in the Johnsonville and Kent Terrace offices. She keeps the wheels on track whilst simultaneously serving up the bulk of daily laughs. Emily originally joined us in 2019 and was a Property Manager with us for 3 years before going on maternity leave. During her leave, she has continued to support us by covering various roles. Emily has gained so much experience during her time with us and has proven to use these assets successfully across multiple roles within Property Management. She has a very professional and methodical approach when problem solving and strives for positive outcomes.

Anita has come to us with an extensive history in Office Management. We feel very fortunate to have Anita’s people and administration strengths to manage multiple admin tasks on our reception while keeping the office in order. Anita is also a valued Property Manager Support person, supporting our Property Managers on all aspects of Property Management and whilst they are on leave. Anita is a true asset to our team.
