Popular with those needing to be close to schools, colleges and shopping options. Rents can range anywhere from $595-$695. Median rents have increased by 24% - 27% over the past 3 years in these areas.

Totara Park

A popular rental area on the other side of the Hutt River which contains a mixture of older style 3-4 bedroom properties. Easy Access to SH2 and also within easy distance to Upper Hutt CBD. Has its own community facilities such as primary school, restaurant and local shops. Rents ranging from $550-$630, median rents having increased by 24% over the past 3 years.
