One way to achieve this is hiring a professional photographer. They have the skills, equipment and editing software that can make the dullest room shine within a few hours of work. Plus, these photos can be used in future years, making this an excellent long-term investment.

Highlighting the Right Features

The listing description should clearly highlight all the important features tenants look for when searching for a new home.

Being in a warm home is a key priority for most people. For this reason, we highlight any heating and double-glaze windows that’s within the property. We also include other features like any recent renovations, what direction the property faces for sun, and the size and features of key rooms. The surrounding area is also important; if it’s near a supermarket, local village, farmers market, community centres, parks, public transport options, and schools this is also highlighted.


We only promise what can realistically be delivered, and avoid over-exaggerated embellishment. People tend to skim property listings; making the description clear and concise without exaggerated embellishment helps people clearly see the property’s features and not miss anything.
