This slight variance in house design resulted in the first property being let for $100 more in rent than the other property.

The layout of bedrooms in the overall house design can be a significant factor that influences the properties rent value and profitability, as tenants usually prefer bedrooms to be separated by other rooms or a hallway to reduce noise and allow more privacy.
