In the January 2019 market rents went up 7%, and then again by 7% in January 2020, so we adjusted the rents to match market rate accordingly.


This increase is largely influenced by us knowing market trends and creating agreements that allow us to adjust rent at the optimum time. It’s also helped by some clients taking advantage of our advice, making small, cost-efficient alterations that give them great return.
